These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ashra Interiors website and any interior design, execution or renovation services engaged with Ashra Interior Architecture Pvt. Ltd. Please read them carefully before requesting a quote or confirming a project.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a free site visit or 3D design, or signing a project agreement with Ashra Interior Architecture Pvt. Ltd. ("Ashra Interiors", "we", "us", "our"), you ("client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with any project-specific quotation, work order or agreement issued to you.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services. These Terms apply in addition to, and do not override, the specific terms of any signed project agreement or work order between you and Ashra Interiors.
Services Offered
Ashra Interiors provides design and execution services across residential and commercial spaces in Navi Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan, Dombivli and Mumbai, including:
Services may be availed individually (e.g. modular kitchen only) or as part of a full home interior package. The exact scope of work for your project is defined in your written quotation and is binding once signed.
Site Visit, 3D Design & Quotes
- The first site visit, measurement and 3D design consultation are provided free of charge, as advertised on our website
- Quotations issued after the site visit are based on the measurements, material selections and scope discussed at that time; any change in scope, material grade or site condition may revise the quoted amount
- A quotation is valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated, after which prices may be revised due to material cost fluctuations
- Work commences only after a written quotation is accepted and the applicable advance payment is received
Payment Terms
Payment for all services is structured in milestones, typically as follows, unless otherwise specified in your project agreement:

All payments are to be made via bank transfer, UPI or cheque in the name of Ashra Interior Architecture Pvt. Ltd. only. We do not accept cash payments beyond amounts permitted under applicable Indian law. Delayed payments may result in a pause of on-site work until dues are cleared.
Project Timeline & Delays
A written project timeline is shared at the time of quotation. Standard timelines are approximately 45–60 working days for a full 2BHK interior, and 15–25 working days for kitchen-only or wardrobe-only projects, subject to design complexity and site readiness.
Materials & Site Access
- All materials, hardware and finishes used are as per the specifications agreed in your quotation; minor variation in natural materials such as wood grain, marble or stone veining is not considered a defect
- The client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the site during working hours for our design, carpentry and site teams
- Ashra Interiors is not responsible for delays or damage arising from society/RWA restrictions, lift or material-movement permissions, or site access disputes beyond our control
- Any civil, electrical or plumbing work outside the agreed scope, discovered once work begins, will be quoted separately before proceeding
Warranty
All modular furniture, kitchens and wardrobes executed by Ashra Interiors carry a standard 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects, hardware failure and termite damage, subject to normal use and care.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised alteration or repair by third parties, water damage from external leakage, natural wear of soft-close hinges beyond rated cycles, or force majeure events. Warranty claims must be raised in writing to our support team along with photographic evidence.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made before material procurement begins are eligible for a refund of the advance, less any design and consultation charges already incurred
- Cancellations made after material has been procured or custom-cut are not eligible for a full refund; the cost of materials already committed will be deducted
- Once on-site execution has commenced, payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 15–30 working days from the date of written cancellation request
Limitation of Liability
Ashra Interiors' liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the value of the specific milestone or item of work in question, and shall not extend to indirect, incidental or consequential loss. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.
Intellectual Property
All 3D designs, moodboards, layouts and creative work prepared by Ashra Interiors for your project remain our intellectual property until full payment for the project is received. Design concepts, renders and drawings may not be shared with, or executed by, a third-party contractor without our written consent. Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive right to use the final design for their own residence or premises.
All content on our website, including text, images, logos and portfolio work, is the property of Ashra Interior Architecture Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without permission.
Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, this website by any third party. You must not misuse our website by knowingly introducing viruses, or attempting unauthorised access to our systems, servers or databases.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. In the event of any dispute arising from our services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith discussion. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Thane, Maharashtra. Subject to the above, the courts at Thane, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or applicable law. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Terms applicable to an ongoing project are those in effect at the time your project agreement was signed.
